That’s why we built a simple idea: when salons share the cost, everyone pays less.
Here’s how it works:
We have a public education calendar (with 2026 dates coming soon!). Salon owners — and stylists — opt in — no upfront payment, just a commitment of interest.
We will share the number of hands-on spaces available and the cost per ticket for a full class to cover our costs (rates, travel, event staffing overhead). Everyone shares the cost, and tickets drop to an accessible price point.
The result?
Stylists get life-changing education from the industry’s best, without breaking the bank. Owners invest in their teams, retain talent, and build reputations as education-driven leaders. And we build STRENGTH in our community, through elite education. Together, we’re creating pathways to lasting success in the salon industry.

Pony Education LIVE is our hair education iOS and web app that provides online access to ALL of our classes. Our subscription revenue is what keeps the doors open, but only if we are able to continue to bring in our truly elite band of educators.
